Plans differ only in how many platforms you connect and how many orders you roll per month. Everything else — all eight modules and the AI sidekick — is in both.
Or $180/year — works out to $15/mo.

How we count: one platform connection = one store account (one Shopify store, one Amazon marketplace). Orders = orders pulled in per calendar month; cancelled orders don't count. The counter resets on the 1st.
Orderball runs on the Docklify platform, so growing up is an unlock, not a move. The same account opens the full Docklify suite — real warehouse management, 3PL billing, EDI and ERP connections (NetSuite, SAP and friends) — and your products, orders and history come along untouched. No export, no re-import, no starting over.
One connected store account: one Shopify store is one, one Amazon marketplace is one. Connect the same store twice and it still counts once.
On Pro, nothing stops: overage is billed at $5 per 500 orders, automatically. On Free, we pause pulling new orders — orders already in keep shipping — and nudge you to upgrade.
